ACS donates items worth salvaging: furniture, clothing, non-perishable foods, etc. and stores them until we can make arrangements with local charities to have these items picked up.
ACS dumpsters are transported to a local recycling center that removes any and all materials that qualify for recycling, and discarding only non-recyclable refuge into landfills.
ACS hires the people that have been directly affected by the slowing economy in hopes that they can rebuild. These are hard working citizens that want to make the best of a negative situation. Our passion, mission and goal is to help people through these difficult times.
ACS rescues animals that have been abandoned or have found shelter in these vacant homes. We bring them to a local "No Kill" shelter where they are treated and put up for adoption.
